Terms and Conditions
(pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Italian Consumer Code)
1. Information about the Provider

In this document, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Apollon Art Studio.
Enrollment in the courses implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Enrollment Procedure
To enroll in a course, it is necessary to:
Contact the studio via email at info@apollonartstudioflorence.com at least one week before the course start date.
Pay a non-refundable deposit of €150 through the official website.
The deposit:
– is mandatory to confirm the place
– will be deducted from the total course cost
– does not include administrative fees
– includes all applicable taxes
Once the deposit is received, enrollment is confirmed.
The student will receive confirmation and course details within 24 hours.
3. Payment of the Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid:
– on the first day of class
or
– one day before the course begins
Accepted payment methods:
– Bank transfer (bank details available upon request via email)
– All major credit cards
– Cash (only at the studio reception)
4. Long-Term Academic Programs
For long-term academic programs, students may:
– Pay the full amount on the first day
or
– Pay 50% on the first day and the remaining 50% halfway through the course.
5. Rescheduling Lessons
If a student wishes to change the course date after enrollment:
– No additional fee will be applied.
– The studio must be contacted at least one week in advance to verify availability and agree on a new date.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
Cancellation before the course begins:
Only the €150 deposit will be retained.
Any remaining amount already paid will be refunded.
Cancellation during the course:
No refunds are provided.
The student may reschedule the remaining lessons to a new agreed date.
7. Force Majeure
If the course is postponed due to force majeure:
– Only the deposit will be retained.
– The student will be offered the possibility to reschedule the course.
8. Cancellation by Apollon Art Studio
If Apollon Art Studio cancels the course before it begins:
– 100% of the amount paid, including the deposit, will be refunded.
If the course is interrupted after it has started:
The student may choose between:
– A partial refund proportional to the unused period
or
– A voucher to reschedule the course in a future session.
9. Liability
Participation in the courses is under the student’s responsibility.
Apollon Art Studio is not responsible for:
– Lost or damaged personal belongings
– Injuries resulting from behavior not in compliance with the provided instructions.
10. Intellectual Property
Teaching materials, images, and content used during the courses are protected by copyright.
Reproduction or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the Court of Florence shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
