How to Enroll

To enroll in a course, we recommend contacting us via email at info@apollonartstudioflorence.com at least one week before the course start date. To confirm your place, a non-refundable deposit of €150 is required. This amount will be deducted from the total course fee, which the student will pay upon arrival at the Studio. The deposit must be paid exclusively through our website. Once the deposit is received, the enrollment is confirmed and we will contact you within 24 hours with all the course details. There are no administrative fees and all taxes are included in the course price.

If a student wishes to change the course date after enrollment, no additional fee will be applied. To reschedule, please contact us at least one week in advance in order to check availability.

 

Payment Methods

The remaining balance must be paid on the first day of class or one day before. The following payment options are available:

– Bank transfer: Bank details can be requested via email at info@apollonartstudioflorence.com
– All major credit cards
– Cash: only at the studio reception

For our long-term academic programs, students may pay the full amount or 50% of the total on the first day of class. The remaining 50% can be paid halfway through the course.

 

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to our in-person studio courses:

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our studio email address.

If the cancellation occurs before the course begins, only the deposit will be retained.

No refunds are provided for students who cancel during an ongoing course. Students will have the option to reschedule the remaining lessons for a new date.

If the course is postponed due to force majeure, only the deposit will be retained and a new date will be offered.

To reschedule a course date after enrollment, no additional fee will be applied. Please contact us at least one week in advance to check availability and arrange a new date.

If Apollon Art Studio cancels the course, 100% of the fee, including the deposit, will be refunded. If Apollon Art Studio cancels the class during an ongoing course, students may choose between a partial refund (based on the remaining time) or a voucher to reschedule the course at another date.
